Shipping & Return Policy

What is the Return/Exchange Policy?

1. Status Jeweler does not accepts returns or issue refunds of money paid, however we do allow our customer to exchange the product within 14 days from the date your item was delivered.
2. In order to exchange the product, your returned items must be in perfect condition and will be subject to inspection. In the event you are not happy with the order product due to any reason, we will allow you to exchange only once for an item of equal or greater value by making additional payment difference amount.
3. Buyers are fully responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping charges are non-refundable. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging and returned to Status Jeweler at the buyer's expense. Shipment of returned package must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
4. Status Jeweler team will contact you upon receipt of the package. Status Jeweler holds the right to reject the exchange of the product, if the items do not pass the inspection process. Our Quality Inspection team must confirm the returned Jewelry has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 14-day period. Custom Made Jewelry

1. Custom orders require a non-refundable $500 deposit to begin the design process.
2. Custom-made Jewelry items are not subject to returns or/and exchange, due to the fact that they are specially made pieces and made to the specifications from the buyer, and therefore may not be exchanged or returned. each piece is made to order. All of our Customized Necklaces are guaranteed under our Lifetime Warranty. The warranty card entitles you to a one-time repair of the piece - free of charge.
3. Status Jeweler will repair the item if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacture defects. Warranty is voided on user damage issues (i.e.: water damage, accidental breakage, etc.) There is a $59 USD repair fee if you encounter future problems, only on repairable items.
4. On Custom Script Pendant (only), if you would like to make an exchange for a different chain length, there is a $49 USD handling fee. Once any of our custom pieces goes into production, there can be NO cancellations.

Shipment Policy

Domestic Shipping

Status Jeweler offers free shipping on all domestic orders for a minimum order value of $300. All packages are shipped express via FedEx and USPS. All shipments must be shipped to a physical address where someone can be present to sign for the package.

International Shipping

Status Jeweler ships internationally with few exceptions with a flat rate of $100. Please note most International orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country, and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. You may contact your local customs office for details.

Delivery Time

If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in 5-7 days from the order date. While most items are delivered in 5-7 days, there are a few designs that may be delivered in 7-10 days.
